Around the first weekend from July I spent a few days on the north-sea coast. I had the opportunity to paint seabirds and landscapes. I had my scope with me and sketched a great-black-backed-gull (Larus marinus), sitting around. Then I decided to try an oilsketch with the sitting gull.
